So good! Every time! Tonight was no different! We always attempt making the HH, because it is amazing! Tonight, we were late. That sunset was sooooo pretty though. Tiffany was an amazing waitress, making recommendations without care! And I took them … and am happy to say that Feta cheese dip is to die for…that tomato and basil is everything wrapped in that feta. So good! And then, that rockfish…WOW! So delicious, and a little spicy on the back end. I like it like that though so, it’s a match for me! Seriously, you’re going to want to experience the vibe and the dishes. A total beach win and one of our OC favorites!!
Food was amazing. Outdoor seating was awesome just make sure to wear sandals as it’s sand. You have to make sure to add in a crab cake for $20. Best I’ve ever had.
What a fantastic new find for us. We have eaten at so many restaurants in OC and this truly stands out for service, quality of food and value. From the moment we were greeted by Farah we knew it would be a good evening. She was so nice and directed us to the outdoor seating area for happy hour and told us to come back when we were ready to have a table indoors, which she promptly attended to when we were ready. Our server Stephanie N was so attentive and took our order as we were ready and was very diligent to be sure everything was as needed. The food was so good and fresh and such a good value compared to other local restaurants. The atmosphere is very laid back and clean.Definitely will be back!
The quality of fine dining in a beautiful, relaxed, bright, modern/updated spot on the water - LOVED it. Food was so fresh & nicely-prepared. Flounder had a nice light breading, seafood chowder had great depth of flavor, lobster ravioli was excellent, as were the mussels. Our server, Jacob, was super, too. Will definitely return! Family-friendly: lots of families w/children in 6:30-8pm zone. After eating, you can walk along edge and small pier to see ducks & crabs. Enjoy!

Crabcake fantastic, rockfish amazing, fried mozz awesome. French onion soup wonderful! Caprese fresh. Love the beach vibe, and will be back for a great sunset!
The food was absolutely amazing. So delicious. The crab cakes were huge, the staff is not shellfish, I mean selfish when it comes to portions. The veiw was amazing. They have indoor dining, roof top dining and a bar, as well as beach side dining on the bay side. Water comes in mini pitchers so I did not need a refill. Prices were good for a seafood place at the beach. Absolutely worth it.
We found Saltwater 75 through Google and, based on the photos we saw online, decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did! We were absolutely impressed from start to finish. The drinks were fantastic. We ordered the Sunset Martinis, which were delicious, and the beer was served ice cold. For our appetizer, we had the Regatta Shrimp, which was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of crunch. My husband ordered the Po’ Boy, and let me tell you—you better come hungry! The sandwich was much larger than we expected. I ordered the Mango Shrimp Tacos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how generously sized they were. They were packed with fresh flavors and the perfect combination of shrimp, mango, and pineapple. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. We visited during lunch, so while it wasn’t overly crowded, there was still a nice crowd and lively vibe. We were able to sit back, enjoy the beautiful view, and have great conversations with the bartenders, who were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Honestly, this service was very good. They were very attentive and the food came rather quickly. The food was extremely fresh, very tasty. You can tell that chef cares about the food that they serve. As far as the atmosphere at sunset, it is beyond beautiful. The setting is relaxing. We dined at the rooftop portion of Saltwater 75 and the view of the Bay is incredible. It was easy to have conversations with my dinner guests. At some of the other establishments, it's so loud that you can't even have a good conversation. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
